Experience:

I started my career at Accenture in Brussels, where I worked as a CRM Analyst on a global Siebel implementation and on a release for one of the top 5 pharmaceutical companies in the world.

I also gained experience in contact centre design and management in the utilities sector and in marketing in the retail-banking sector.
At 4C Consulting, I work on marketing projects. In the past, I worked in marketing resource management for BNP Paribas Fortis with the Affinium Plan Solution. Currently, I am working on a campaign engine solution and focusing on lead management with Teradata Relationship Management (TRM).

Interests:

My favourite hobbies are playing tennis and coaching my team. Sports are a big part of my life. When we are on holidays I enjoy swimming, drinking cocktails and tasting all of the specialties the region has to offer.
