Personality:
I’m a team player who listens to his customers and analyses their real business needs. By exercising good communication skills, I’m able to change an organisation’s marketing, sales and service processes, and guide clients in the implementation of BI-CI solutions.

Experience:
I started my career in Indonesia, as a Water Management Consultant. During this period, I had project responsibilities in an agricultural environment. After returning to Belgium, I started working in the ICT sector, where I trained people on different software packages.

Bringing my theoretical knowledge of databases into practice in a call centre environment was my first experience in marketing. Armed with this knowledge, I continued my career as a CRM Responsible at Xircom (later Intel – BU MCD). Before joining SAS, I made a pit stop at Thinking Solutions, a small BI consultancy company. As an Information Management Consultant, I was involved in different BI and CRM projects.

I started out as a Business Development Manager at SAS, just after their acquisition of Intrinsic (campaign management). After a stint in Market Development for SAS CI solutions, I became more involved in sales opportunities as a CI Practice Leader. After a number of sales successes – at ING and Mobistar, for example – I wanted to become more involved in the implementation of CI projects. As an SAS Customer Intelligence Business Consultant – Pre-Sales, I worked in assisting SAS customers and prospects in defining their marketing business needs, helped customers in implementing the SAS CI products they had purchased, and offered them advice on the potential CI roadmaps.

After SAS, I joined 4C Consulting as a BI Practice Leader and Management Consultant. Expanding the BI practice by supporting 4C customers is my main goal. The past years I supported 4C Customers like Acerta, Fortis, Wolters Kluwer Belgium, Teleroute and Sanoma in implementing their customer and business intelligence solutions.

Master in Agricultural Engineering

Interests:
