Experience:
I started my career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Milan as a Junior Consultant and had the opportunity to extend my customer service skills at an Italian export company. There, my work included asserting customer needs through a variety of communication techniques and assisting them on topics such as budget planning, analysis of sales data for strategy planning and contract negotiation.

Next, I became a Management Consultant at Kite Consultants in Antwerp, where I was responsible for projects regarding organisational change and development, strategic alignment, IT governance and outsourcing. Currently, at 4C Consulting, I work as a CRM Business Consultant for our client BNP Paribas – Fortis, focusing on the optimisation of their campaign management.
